At Lancer Skincare, we want you to be fully satisfied with your regimen. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns of products in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original components are included.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
